Dirty Devices LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to detailing the use of personal information of individuals who visit the Dirty Devices LLC websites (the “Sites”) and use the services available thereon (the “Services”). Amendments to this Privacy Policy will be posted to the Sites and will be effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of any amendment to the Privacy Policy shall constitute your acceptance of such amendment. You should periodically review this Privacy Policy and check the “Last Updated” date at the top of the document to familiarize yourself with the most recent version of this Privacy Policy.
Our Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”). Shopify provides us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. When you visit our store, make a purchase, or interact with our Services, your information is processed not only by Dirty Devices LLC but also by Shopify.
Shopify may process your personal data to provide services to us and to you, including services that incorporate data from your interactions with other merchants and with Shopify itself. This processing may include sharing your information with third parties that may be located in other countries.
For more details about how Shopify processes consumer information, please review Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy.

You may also be asked to create a private user ID and password, which will become part of your account information.
By providing personal information to us and by requesting us to provide you with the Services, you voluntarily consent to the collection, use and disclosure of such personal information as specified in this Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy practices.

We provide an opt-out function within all email communications of this nature, or will cease to communicate with you for this purpose if you contact us and tell us not to communicate this information to you. The only communications you may not opt-out of are those required to provide important notices related to the Services, such as account confirmations or planned service outages.
Children’s Privacy
Our Sites are not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of age. We do not knowingly provide the Sites or the Services to, and will not knowingly collect personal information from, children under the age of 13 or anyone else under the age of consent. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us through our support page.
Sharing Your Information
We will share your information with third parties in accordance with your instructions or as necessary to provide you with a specific Service or otherwise in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
In addition, because our store is hosted on Shopify, your information will be shared with Shopify and may be shared by Shopify with third parties to provide services, including enhanced services that incorporate data from your interactions with other merchants and with Shopify. These third parties may be located in other countries and their data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
We may also disclose your personal information to third parties when we believe, in good faith and in our sole discretion, that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce or apply our Terms of Service, comply with legal requirements, protect rights or safety, prevent crime or fraud, or detect and address technical issues.
We may also disclose non-personally identifiable information on an aggregated, anonymous basis to our business partners, merchants, advertisers, investors, potential buyers and other third parties if we deem such disclosure to have sound business reasons.
Aggregated Data
We may use your personal information and information about your Sites activity to generate Aggregated Data for internal use and for sharing with others. “Aggregated Data” means records which have been stripped of information potentially identifying Sites users, and which have been manipulated or combined to provide generalized, anonymous information. Aggregated Data will not disclose you as the source or subject of the information.
Cookies and Other Information-Gathering Technologies
We and Shopify use cookies and similar technologies to track user activity and improve the Services. Cookies are small amounts of data that are transferred to your web browser by a web server and stored on your device. We use cookies to track which page variant a visitor has seen, to track if a visitor has clicked on a page variant, to monitor traffic patterns, and to gauge popularity of service options. This information helps us and Shopify deliver relevant content and services.
If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can usually set your browser to decline them, and if you wish to delete or disable cookies previously placed on your computer, the “help” portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to do so. Please note, however, that if you decline cookies, you may not be able to access certain features of our Sites.
In addition to cookies, we or our service providers may use web beacons, pixels, and similar technologies on our Sites and in email messages or newsletters. These help us and Shopify understand how users engage with our content.
This website also uses Google AdWords and other advertising tools, as described further below.
Targeted Advertising and Your Privacy Choices
Some of the enhanced services provided through Shopify may include targeted advertising or “sharing” of your personal data, as defined under certain U.S. state privacy laws. If you are a resident of one of these states, you may have the right to opt-out of such sharing or targeted advertising.
You may exercise these rights by using Shopify’s automated privacy settings and opt-out page. For more information, please visit Shopify’s Privacy Policy and review the opt-out options available there.
We will honor any applicable state privacy rights and ensure that you can exercise your choice.
Links
The Sites may contain links to other sites and we are not responsible for the privacy or security practices or the content of such sites. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of linked sites.
Your California Privacy Rights
California residents are entitled to request information about whether we have disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Please see the instructions in the original section above to exercise this right.
In addition, California residents have the right to opt-out of the “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising purposes, as described in the “Targeted Advertising and Your Privacy Choices” section.

The Sites are operated and hosted in the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers are located. By using the Sites, you consent to this transfer and processing.
Security
We will strive to prevent unauthorized access to your personal information; however, no data transmission over the Internet is guaranteed to be 100% secure. We will continue to enhance security procedures as new technologies become available.
